We believe that Human Factors can only be successful if the client organisation is involved in the work we do.  We hold in high regard the opinions and values held by our clients and seek to ensure we fully understand their drivers and motivators behind commissioning the Human Factors work.  We are committed to providing a high standard of Human Factors consultancy that is tailored to our clients needs and delivered on time and within budget.

Specialist Consultants to Carry Out Specialist Tasks
All members of our team have been selected for their ability to deliver a valuable mix of practical experience and academic capability.  All of our Consultants have a generalist Human Factors background supplemented by specialist expertise in core Human Factors areas.  We do not fit square pegs into round holes and if a particular job requires a specialist skill then we will ensure we match the appropriate consultant to the job.

One of our primary goals is to provide technical solutions that are respectful of the financial constraints within the organisations.  We believe we can deliver best practice Human Factors at a realistic cost.  We can do this because we employ the right consultants to carry out the work.  Essentially, they are good at what they do and they work quickly and effectively.

We only deploy consultants with over 10 years direct Human Factors experience and who hold at least one degree in psychology / engineering.  Therefore, our consultants know their theory and fully understand the basis on which our Human Factors services are founded.  However, we aim to deliver real world solutions that are fully integrated/aligned within our clients organisation.

Human Factors Support Direct to Client Organisation
To enable us to deliver quality Human Factors solutions we need to work cooperatively with our clients towards the accomplishment of shared goals.  We strive to be the Human Factors Company of choice for our clients.  Our existing clients use us time and time again and recognise the value of using consultants who are already up to speed with their organisations systems and processes.

Human Factors Support to Other Established Human Factors Teams
Marshall Wilson provides Human Factors support to other Human Factors teams.  This approach enables organisations with an established Human Factors team to have additional expert support readily available for them to utilise.  We are known to the majority of Human Factors teams in the UK and provide a seamless integrated approach to assist during their times of peak workload.  

Virtual Human Factors team for Safety Organisations
Marshall Wilson provides a ‘virtual’ Human Factors team for Safety Organisations who do not have an in-house Human Factors team.  Experienced Human Factors professionals are difficult to come by and often organisations need to outsource their Human Factors requirements.  With this in mind Marshall Wilson provides a virtual Human Factors team for such organisations.
